Message Templates

Hi we have Paradox and when I go into a candidate I see a spot that shows a # sign and says "message templates". How do I create message templates that will show here to be used when communicating with candidates?

My wants wants to integrate your product. I saw you have APIs to pull data from your system. I want to know is Paradox also support Webhooks?
